Introduction:

A website is a collection of web pages and the pages are been made of content, images, videos, etc.  Website is basically a virtual product of the digital world and it is normally used to provide the information of any company or individual to its customers. It shows the services, products, portfolios,  or contact of any company or it can show anything depending on the individual. A website is identified by a name that is domain name and it can be .com,.in,, org,. .co.in, .co, etc, there is also the need for web hosting to host the website, it is basically virtual storage to store the website data.

All public websites are constituted of the world wide web but there are some private websites that can only be accessed in a private network, mainly it is used within a company with their employees.

A website consists of a home page and some other pages like about us, products, services, gallery, contact us, etc here each page is connected by the hyperlink, often the website starts with the homepage. Here the contact us page is made of basic contact information, a google map, contact form that manipulates the communication between the users and admin.

Now,  a simple question how can we access those websites?

In the modern age, all smart devices are used to access websites. Anyone can have a computer, laptop, tab, or smartphone to access the site.

Type of Websites:

There are mainly two types of websites that are used the static websites and dynamic websites.

Static Website:

A static website is one that has a set of web pages stored on a server.it is primarily developed using  Hypertext Markup Language(HTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).now a day some other languages are used to develop a better design like scrolling, animation, etc, mainly javascript, jquery are used to create animation. A static website can only be launched on the server with the contents and images these data can not be changed by the admin. Only the developers can modify the change if required. This type of website usually shows the basic information like about company, service, product, etc of any company or individual to the visitors.

Dynamic Website: 

A dynamic site is one that can be customized by itself. Mainly HTML and CSS are used to develop the front-end and there are so many languages are used to develop the backend from where the customization is done. Mainly PHP and its framework are used to develop the backend but java, python, ruby, etc can be used. The main advantage of a dynamic site is that the owner of the site can easily manage its contents and product images, services. The backend is been made very user-friendly and no need the have a huge knowledge of the website to access the backend. If we use video content on your website that case the server space should be high and the server configuration should be overwhelmed.

Why website is required:

Living in the digital world, a website is an important part of any business. If you have a business but you don't have any website, you are missing out on the opportunities to get online existence in the internet world. A website is used to show the product catalog of any company no need to carry a brochure. If you have a website site you can reach the world with the products and services you provide and can get online business. A dynamic website is required for any company to be aware their customers of any products that are launched recently.

Website is used to promote your business in the digital world so that you can run an advertisement over your site to get more traffic and if traffic is coming out there is a huge chance to sell out your products. There are many strategies like SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Adwords, etc to promote your site. A website is used to accomplish many different marketing strategies to help your business grow. The Web site has a far more extensive power to reach than any other platform of advertising.

A website will create your online presence that is more required now a day and it has a low costing advertisement tool to be expanded. The website has many other roles for the company it helps the customers to get the location of the company they are searching for. The website creates a trust factor among the customers. Now living in the busy day customers have no time to visit the shop before purchasing any product to get information like brand, size, color, price, etc. A website helps the customers to provide the basic information s of their needs before purchasing.

When you provide a good service or product, your business will spread through your website and customers will give you the positive impression that will make your product is a brand.

Now a day,  a company can not be established without having a website. website is not only created the online existence but also helps the company to grow using the advertisement. It is very helpful to the customers get the compact information about the company and their products.
